Central Studio at Embassy Garden

Terrible customer service and communication Negative: Bad communication. I was left stranded outside the contact number was an international which I called but there wasn’t any answer. I ended up booking a different place. Terrible customer service

Well Positive: It was overall good but I felt the customer service should do better by escorting the guests in their various rooms rather than to tell them verbally to find their ways by themselves.I was lost and roaming from apartment to apartment to find my room without a help. Those reception ladies should be more professional and give proper guide to the guest.Or find some one who will be escorting the guests to their rooms and that is the only disappointing part I had there during my stay there but other than that all was good. Negative: Your receptionist to find a proper ways to communicate and escort the guests in their rooms

It was just okay Positive: The location Negative: Room wasn’t clean

good Positive: My baby Negative: The shower wasn’t working
